1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Reviu, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Overview

Reviu provides a desktop Git client with a Free plan and a Pro subscription for GitHub-related workflows.

3. Subscriptions and Trial

• Launch week offer: eligible new subscribers can start Pro at $9 per month until April 19, 2026 and keep that price while the subscription stays active.
• After April 19, 2026, new Pro subscriptions are billed at $19 per month.
• Pro includes a 14-day free trial.
• No payment method is required to start the free trial.
• After the trial, a paid subscription starts only when you add payment details.
• Once activated, the subscription auto-renews monthly until canceled.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Billing Provider

Subscription billing is handled through Polar and its payment partners.

5. Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable, except where refunds are required by mandatory applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with service operations, or use Reviu in violation of applicable laws.

7. Third-Party Services

Reviu integrates with third-party platforms and infrastructure providers, including GitHub, Polar, and Hetzner. Availability and behavior may depend on those services.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Reviu is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reviu disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, special, and consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for serious violations of these Terms or legal requirements.

10. Governing Law and Venue

Governing law: French law

Competent courts: the courts of Lyon, France
